IVAN Shared Vision Faculty: African-born academics currently living around the globe  including in the United States, Britain, Australia or Canada and working at institutions of higher education with a vision to continue to contribute to the development of the African continent and their new homeland can become a Faculty at the IVAN Research Institute. The Shared Vision Faculty member will collaborate with other IVAN Faculty member to conceive, design and implement impactful research programs. They will participate in capacity strengthening and strategic approaches to mentoring and training to improve technical, research and professional skills.
