Small grants for clinical lecturers to pursue research work, gather preliminary data and strengthen applications for longer-term funding.

Who Can Apply

Research-active clinical lecturers (or the equivalent for veterinary clinicians) in higher speciality training.
A PhD or MD, and a medical, dental or veterinary undergraduate degree, are required.
Applicants must be based at an organisation in the UK.
Applications are made to the Academy of Medical Sciences, not to Wellcome.
